At Shelter, we offer functional training designed to boost performance, enhance well-being, and support recovery. We believe in a personalized approach, which is why we offer two training modalities, always in small, focused groups.

Our functional training sessions are designed to enhance strength, agility, and endurance through practical exercises tailored to everyday demands. Train effectively with our expert coaches, Unai Xabala and Gaizka San Miguel.
